ECHO came to us in need of a new website. They just rebranded themselves, and needed the new site to reflect their new vision of where they wanted to go, a new exciting time for them, when they wanted to firmly position their staff as experts not only in packaging, but general design and popular culture.
Apart from an engaging layout, they wanted a new format for their blog, in which the status of the article is clearly visible before the user will even start reading. I came up with a floating grid/timeline solution, where the size of the module would indicate the contents priority, from lighthearted general comments being the least important (smallest) to the heavyweight pieces given the size they deserved.
